Borough Market

Chef de Partie (full time)
We’re looking for someone wanting to progress in the kitchen and grow with the team. A chance to work closely with top produce and across all sections of the kitchen including larder, grill & pizza. Salary is £36-38k.

Senior front of house (full time, 40-50 hours)
An opportunity to be part of our small team surrounded by the buzzy atmosphere of Borough Market. We’re looking for an energetic person who has a love of natural wines and can handle a fast paced environment. We do weekly food + wine training with plenty of opportunities to develop. Pay is £14-17 per hour depending on experience and wine knowledge.

Hackney

Junior Sous Chef (full time)
A chance for someone with experience to learn more about running the kitchen in a busy environment. Working across all sections (larder, grill & pizza) and closely with our Head and Executive chefs on running the pass. Salary is £42k depending on experience.
