Borough Market

FOH Supervisor/Junior Manager (full time/part time)
Join our restaurant in the heart of Borough Market!

The role is suited for someone with:

  • an infectious & positive attitude that unites the team

  • a talent for creating memorable guest experiences

  • a love of mindfully sourced food and wine

  • an organised mindset to develop the business

Perks of the job include weekly food & wine training, daily staff lunch, paid winemaker excursions, and complimentary restaurant dining experiences. Oh - and work schedules are varied and not only on weekends.

Salary is £17-18ph (up to £40-42k/pa) based on experience and 7 shifts a week.

Experienced Waiter/Bartender (full time/part time)

Chef de Partie (full time)
Join our team and grow in all aspects of being a chef. From cooking over fire, learning meat and fish butchery, bread making, pastry and more. Develop with us in an energetic and thoughtful environment. Salary is £36-38k based on experience and average of 6.5 shifts a week.
