Assistant General Manager, Full Time
This is a great opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader. It’s a floor-led role for someone who thrives on the energy of service, leading from the front, bossing the room and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As we celebrate our 15th year, you’ll play a key role in shaping our next phase.
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, sharp and business-minded who genuinely loves the buzz of restaurants, is familiar with seasonal produce & low intervention wines, all while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

We’re searching for a team member who’s confident running a section and happy jumping behind a busy bar.
You’ll be comfortable owning your own section, making cocktails at pace, and keeping standards high.
A bonus if you have an interest in low-intervention wine and experience making coffee.
