Food
We source our produce from traders in Borough Market as well as some of the best fruit & vegetable growers, fishermen & farmers in the UK & Europe. We love to cook using our wood fired grill & oven. The simplicity of this approach encourages us to focus on the natural inherent flavours of the ingredient.
Wine
We are proud to have been pouring natural wines since 2011 and want to show you how truly great & diverse they can be. Our wines have been sourced from growers who farm their land organically and/or bio-dynamically with zero or little additives added. We truly believe natural wine can offer something for everyone so please let us know if there is something in particular you like or are looking for.
Bakery & Pizza
Our breads and pizzas are freshly cooked downstairs in our wood fired oven every day. We source flour from UK based farmer & miller Gilchesters as well as Wildfarmed, who work closely with farmers dedicated to maintaining soil health. All our breads & pizza doughs are made completely natural and additive free.
